We leverage advanced integrations with leading fintech and Payment Service Provider (PSP) APIs to deliver a comprehensive and seamless suite of financial services. Our platform is designed for users, agents, and merchants, offering a complete cross-platform Mobile Financial Services (MFS) solution that enables seamless, secure, and scalable digital financial transactions.
1. Definitions
- "Account" refers to the user account created by an individual or entity to access and use the Ognimohub Service.
- "Agent" refers to an individual or entity authorized by Ognimohub to provide specific services on behalf of Ognimohub, such as cash-in/cash-out, to Users.
- "API" refers to Application Programming Interface.
- "Content" refers to any data, text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, or other information that is made available through the Service.
- "Fiat Currency" refers to government-issued currency that is not backed by a physical commodity.
- "FinTech" refers to financial technology.
- "Intellectual Property Rights" refers to all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights.
- "Merchant" refers to a business or individual that uses the Ognimohub Service to accept payments for goods or services.
- "MFS" refers to Mobile Financial Services.
- "PSP" refers to Payment Service Provider.
- "Service" or "Platform" refers to the Ognimohub website, mobile applications, and all related services provided by Ognimohub Agency.
- "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Ognimohub Service, including Users, Agents, and Merchants.
- "Virtual Card" refers to a digital payment card used for online transactions.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1. Eligibility
To use the Ognimohub Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Ognimohub reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
2.2. Account Creation
To access most features of the Service, you must register for an Account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your Account information updated.
- Maintain the security of your password and identification.
- Notify Ognimohub immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.
- Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.
2.3. Identity Verification (KYC/AML)
To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations, Ognimohub may require you to provide personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, user IDs, physical address, phone number, and government-issued identification. We reserve the right to verify your identity through third-party services and to request additional information as deemed necessary. Failure to complete identity verification to our satisfaction may result in the suspension or termination of your Account.
3. Privacy Policy and Data Protection
3.1. Data Collection
Ognimohub collects various types of data to provide and improve its services, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations. The data collected may include:
- Files and Docs (Optional): Collected for app functionality.
- Financial Info: User payment info, purchase history, and credit score. This data is collected for app functionality, fraud prevention, security, compliance, and account management.
- Personal Info: Name, email address, user IDs, address, and phone number. This data is collected for app functionality, developer communications, fraud prevention, security, compliance, and account management.
- Messages (Optional): Emails, SMS or MMS, and other in-app messages. This data is collected for app functionality, advertising or marketing, and account management.
- App Info and Performance: Crash logs, diagnostics, and other app performance data. This data is collected for analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
- App Activity (Optional): App interactions and in-app search history. This data is collected for app functionality and analytics.
- Contacts (Optional): Collected for app functionality.
- Photos and Videos (Optional): Photos collected for app functionality and account management.
3.2. No Data Sharing with Third Parties
Ognimohub website and app does not share user data with other companies or organizations. Your data is used solely for the purposes outlined in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3.3. Data Security
Ognimohub implements robust security practices to protect your data.
- Data is encrypted in transit: Your data is transferred over a secure connection using industry-standard encryption protocols.
- We employ various technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

You have the right to request that your data be deleted. Ognimohub provides a mechanism for you to submit such requests. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will take reasonable steps to delete your data from our systems, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations to retain certain information.

4. General Service Features and Policies
Ognimohub offers a comprehensive suite of MFS solutions designed for seamless, secure, and scalable digital financial transactions.
4.1. Add Money
Easily add funds to your account using a variety of methods, both fiat and crypto, including over 20 supported automated payment gateways like Stripe and PayPal, alongside manual gateways.
- Add Money Policy: Funds must originate from legitimate sources. Ognimohub reserves the right to request proof of funds and source of wealth (SoW) documentation. Any attempt to add funds from suspicious, illicit, or unauthorized sources will result in immediate account suspension, freezing of funds, and reporting to relevant financial intelligence units and law enforcement authorities. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the legality of their funds.
4.2. Send Money
Effortlessly send funds to any other Ognimohub user, anywhere, instantly and securely.
- Send Money Policy: Users are responsible for verifying the recipient's details before initiating a transfer. Ognimohub is not liable for funds sent to incorrect recipients due to user error. All transactions are subject to our fraud detection systems. Suspicious transactions may be delayed or blocked, and accounts involved may be investigated and potentially suspended.
4.3. Mobile Recharge
Top up your mobile balance and recharge your airtime quickly and easily with just a few taps.
- Mobile Recharge Policy: Services are subject to the availability and terms of the respective mobile network operators. Users must ensure the accuracy of the mobile number provided. Once a recharge or airtime purchase is confirmed, it cannot be reversed.
4.4. Cash Out
Withdraw funds to your bank account or other preferred methods anytime.
- Cash Out Policy: All cash-out requests are subject to verification and may require additional identity checks. Withdrawal limits may apply based on account verification level and regulatory requirements. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method and financial institution. Ognimohub reserves the right to hold or reject cash-out requests if there are concerns regarding fraud, money laundering, or other illicit activities.
4.5. Make Payment
Pay for services, bills, or products with ease using your Ognimohub account.
- Make Payment Policy: Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment details, including recipient merchant/business information and payment amount. Ognimohub is not responsible for payments made to incorrect merchants/business or for incorrect amounts due to user error. Payments are generally irreversible once processed.
4.6. Bank Transfer
Transfer funds directly to any bank account for quick and secure transactions.
- Bank Transfer Policy: Bank transfers are subject to the operating hours and policies of the involved banks. Users must provide accurate bank account details. Incorrect details may lead to delays or loss of funds, for which Ognimohub will not be liable. Transaction limits and fees may apply.
4.7. Microfinance
Access microfinancing options to manage your short-term financial needs.
- Microfinance Policy: Microfinance services are subject to separate terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment schedules, and late payment penalties. Users must carefully review and agree to these specific terms before accessing microfinance options. Ognimohub acts as a facilitator and may partner with licensed microfinance institutions.
4.8. Virtual Card
Generate a virtual card for secure online shopping and payments.
- Virtual Card Policy: Virtual cards are subject to specific usage limits, expiration dates, and merchant restrictions. Users are responsible for securing their virtual card details. Any unauthorized use of a virtual card must be reported immediately to Ognimohub. Virtual cards are for online use only and cannot be used for physical point-of-sale transactions.
4.9. Utility Bill Payments
Pay utility bills like electricity, water, gas, and more with a few clicks.
- Utility Bill Payments Policy: Users are responsible for entering correct biller details and account numbers. Ognimohub is not responsible for late payments or penalties incurred due to incorrect information provided by the user or delays caused by the biller's processing systems. Users should retain payment confirmations for their records.
4.10. Donation
Support charitable causes by making quick donations directly from your app.
- Donation Policy: Donations are generally non-refundable.
4.11. Education Fee
Easily pay school and college fees for you or your children through the app.
- Education Fee Policy: Users must ensure the accuracy of student and institution details. Ognimohub is not responsible for misdirected payments or delays caused by incorrect information or the educational institution's processing systems. Proof of payment should be retained.
4.12. 2FA Security
Add an extra layer of security with two-factor authentication to protect your account.
- 2FA Security Policy: Users are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA for enhanced account security. Ognimohub is not liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorized access if 2FA was not enabled by the user or if the user's 2FA device was compromised. Users are responsible for safeguarding their 2FA credentials.
4.13. Investment
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly investment options.
- Investment Policy: Investment services are subject to specific terms, conditions, risks, and disclaimers. Users acknowledge that all investments carry inherent risks, including the potential loss of principal. Ognimohub provides access to investment opportunities but does not offer financial advice. Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence and seek independent financial advice before making any investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Investment Policy (Effective January 2, 2026):
- Daily Plans: One active plan at a time; maximum of once per month.
- Weekly Plans: One active plan at a time; maximum of two per month.
- Monthly Plans: Can be run up to three plans monthly.
Plan Progression: After completing a plan, you may move to a different category (e.g., Daily → Weekly → Monthly). If all categories have been utilized, please contact customer support to reset your plan eligibility.
Yearly Plans: No restrictions; you may run up to 12 active yearly plans simultaneously. This policy ensures fair access to investment opportunities while maintaining system efficiency and security.
All investment plans operate under a mandatory lock-in period. Accordingly, all invested funds, including principal amounts and any accrued profits or returns, shall remain inaccessible until the investment plan has fully matured and been officially completed. Withdrawals, cashouts, bank transfers, or any form of fund utilization are permitted only after plan completion. Early withdrawals, partial access, or attempts to bypass the lock-in period are strictly prohibited.
Any action taken in violation of this policy, including but not limited to unauthorized withdrawal attempts or misuse of funds, shall constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in account restrictions, forfeiture of benefits, or permanent account termination, without prior notice. By participating in any investment plan, the user acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be legally bound by these terms.
5. User App Features and Policies
The Ognimohub User App is designed with simplicity and functionality in mind, offering an easy way for individuals to manage their financial activities. All general service features and policies (Section 4) apply to User App features.
6. Agent App Features and Policies
The Agent App equips authorized agents with the necessary tools to manage transactions, enhance customer service, and maintain smooth operations.
6.1. Agent Eligibility
To become an Ognimohub Agent, individuals or entities must undergo a rigorous application and vetting process, including background checks, identity verification, and compliance training. Agents must hold all necessary licenses and permits required by local regulations.
6.2. Add Money (Agent)
Agents can add funds to their own accounts with ease.
- Agent Add Money Policy: Similar to user policies, funds must originate from legitimate sources. Agents are subject to higher scrutiny regarding source of funds and may have stricter limits and reporting requirements.
6.3. Cash In & Withdraw (Agent)
Effortlessly manage cash-ins and withdrawals for users.
- Agent Cash In & Withdraw Policy: Agents must strictly adhere to Ognimohub's operational guidelines and regulatory requirements for cash handling. This includes verifying user identity for transactions above certain thresholds, issuing proper receipts, and maintaining accurate records. Any discrepancies or suspicious activities must be reported immediately. Agents are responsible for the physical security of cash and their operational premises.
6.4. Transaction Management (Agent)
Seamlessly manage and process transactions with full control.
- Agent Transaction Management Policy: Agents must process all transactions accurately and in a timely manner. They are prohibited from charging unauthorized fees or manipulating transaction details. All transactions are subject to audit by Ognimohub.
6.5. Statement Access (Agent)
Agents can view and download detailed transaction statements.
- Agent Statement Access Policy: Agents must maintain the confidentiality of user transaction data and only access information necessary for their authorized duties. Unauthorized disclosure or misuse of transaction data is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
6.6. 2FA Security (Agent)
Enhanced security with Two-Factor Authentication to protect accounts.
- Agent 2FA Security Policy: 2FA is mandatory for all Agent accounts. Agents are responsible for securing their 2FA devices and credentials. Any compromise of an Agent account due to negligence in securing 2FA will be the Agent's responsibility.
6.7. Agent Conduct
Agents must conduct themselves professionally, ethically, and in compliance with all Ognimohub policies and local laws. This includes treating users respectfully, providing accurate information, and avoiding any deceptive or fraudulent practices.
7. Merchant App Features and Policies
The Merchant App is designed to simplify payment processing, helping businesses enhance their customer experience and streamline sales.
7.1. Merchant Eligibility
To become an Ognimohub Merchant, businesses must undergo an application and vetting process, including business verification, compliance checks, and agreement to specific merchant terms. Merchants must hold all necessary business licenses and permits.
7.2. Seamless Payment Acceptance
Accept payments from users via mobile wallets, bank transfers, and more.
- Merchant Payment Acceptance Policy: Merchants must clearly display Ognimohub as a payment option and adhere to Ognimohub's branding guidelines. Merchants are prohibited from imposing surcharges on Ognimohub payments unless explicitly permitted by law and Ognimohub. All transactions are subject to Ognimohub's fraud monitoring.
7.3. Customer Transaction Management
View detailed logs of all customer payments and manage customer profiles efficiently.
- Merchant Transaction Management Policy: Merchants must maintain the confidentiality of customer payment data and only use it for legitimate business purposes related to the transaction. Merchants are responsible for handling customer disputes and refunds in accordance with their own policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
7.4. Promotions and Discounts
Create and manage special offers to boost sales and attract more customers.
- Merchant Promotions and Discounts Policy: Merchants are solely responsible for the terms and conditions of their promotions and discounts. All promotions must comply with applicable advertising laws and regulations. Ognimohub is not responsible for the fulfillment or accuracy of merchant promotions.
7.5. Transaction History
Track all business transactions with ease, including payments, refunds, and more.
- Merchant Transaction History Policy: Merchants must regularly reconcile their Ognimohub transaction history with their internal records. Any discrepancies must be reported to Ognimohub within 30 days.
7.6. 2FA Security (Merchant)
Enhanced security with Two-Factor Authentication to protect accounts.
- Merchant 2FA Security Policy: 2FA is mandatory for all Merchant accounts. Merchants are responsible for securing their 2FA devices and credentials. Any compromise of a Merchant account due to negligence in securing 2FA will be the Merchant's responsibility.
7.7. API Key and Plugins
Integration with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Magento, more coming soon.
- Merchant API/Plugin Policy: Merchants using Ognimohub APIs or plugins must adhere to Ognimohub's API usage guidelines and security best practices. Merchants are responsible for the security of their integrated systems and for ensuring that their use of the API complies with all applicable data protection and privacy laws. Unauthorized use or distribution of API keys is strictly prohibited.
8. Fees and Charges
8.1. Service Fees
Ognimohub may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to transaction fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees, and subscription fees for premium features. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed to you before you complete a transaction or subscribe to a service.
8.2. Changes to Fees
Ognimohub reserves the right to modify its fees and charges at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes to fees, typically by posting the updated fee schedule on our website or through in-app notifications. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.
8.3. Taxes
You are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, and levies imposed by any governmental authority in connection with your use of the Ognimohub Service.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
- Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Engaging in any activity that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Service.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.
- Introducing any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
- Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the Service without explicit consent.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the Service.
- Using any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Ognimohub servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional web browser.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. Ognimohub Content
All content on the Ognimohub Platform, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Ognimohub Agency or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10.2. Limited License
Ognimohub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Service or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Service or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
10.3. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Ognimohub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service and Ognimohub's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Ognimohub Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services (e.g., payment gateways like Stripe, PayPal, etc). These third-party services are not owned or controlled by Ognimohub. Ognimohub has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Ognimohub shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
12.1. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE OGNIMOHUB SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. OGNIMOHUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THE SERVICE AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
12.2. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OGNIMOHUB AGENCY, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT OGNIMOHUB HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
12.3. Maximum Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL OGNIMOHUB'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE OGNIMOHUB SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ognimohub Agency, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14.2. Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA). The arbitration shall be conducted in Nairobi, Kenya, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.
14.3. Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between Ognimohub and you individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other; (b) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated or resolved on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
15. Termination
15.1. Termination by Ognimohub
Ognimohub may terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities, or non-compliance with KYC/AML requirements.
155.2. Termination by User
You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting Ognimohub support at support@ognimohub.com.
15.3. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. Any outstanding balances or obligations will become immediately due and payable.
16. Changes to Terms
Ognimohub reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
17. Miscellaneous
17.1. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Ognimohub on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ognimohub concerning the Service.
17.2. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
17.3. Waiver
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Ognimohub's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
17.4. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without Ognimohub's prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms, without such consent, will be null and of no effect. Ognimohub may assign or transfer these Terms, at its sole discretion, without restriction.
17.5. Force Majeure
Ognimohub shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
